For the Mobile World Congress, event organizers set two primary goals:

THE SOLUTION

Thanks to MOCA, attendees received personalized recommendations such as people who to meet, exhibitors to visit and sessions to attend depending on their interests, behavior and micro-location. The event organizers were able to create a new business line enhancing their marketing portfolio of services. It allows exhibitors to connect one-to-one with visitors and influence them to visit their stands.

RESULTS

At MWC18, event organizers observed that using MOCA the event app increased its download rate about 56% compared to past editions. Moreover, thanks to MOCA, event organizers were able to create a new marketing service call “Proximity Packages”, generating a new annual revenue from exhibitors.
